Use of the game

Ball Sort is provided for personal entertainment. You are responsible for using the game lawfully and for following the rules of Google Play, Apple App Store, Play Games Services, and Game Center where applicable.

Purchases

The game may offer in-app purchases such as remove ads, skins, or optional help packs. Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. Refunds, payment issues, and purchase cancellation requests are handled according to the store policy that processed the transaction.

Ads and rewards

The game may show ads. Some optional rewards, such as hints, extra tubes, or shuffles, may require watching a rewarded ad or owning an eligible purchase. Rewards are intended for normal gameplay and may be limited, changed, or removed to protect the game economy or comply with store policies.

Leaderboards and fair play

If leaderboard features are enabled, you agree not to cheat, exploit, automate, tamper with game data, or submit false scores. Suspicious, abusive, or impossible scores may be hidden, reset, or removed where technically possible.

Availability

Offline gameplay may continue without an internet connection. Ads, purchases, cloud checks, Play Games Services, Game Center, support pages, and leaderboard features may require internet access and may be unavailable from time to time.

The game is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KTS Solution is not liable for indirect loss, lost progress caused by device resets, third-party service outages, or store platform issues.

Changes

We may update the game or these terms. Continued use of the game after an update means you accept the updated terms.
