Delete your Ball Sort data

Ball Sort does not require a Firebase account. Most game data is stored locally on your device.

Clear local game data

You can remove local progress, display name, generated player ID, settings, and cached game data by using one of these options:

Use the reset/clear data option inside the game if it is available in your installed version.
Android: open system Settings, choose Apps, choose Ball Sort, then clear storage/data.
iOS: uninstall Ball Sort to remove local app data from the device.

Clearing local data can remove level progress, stars, settings, hints, added tubes, and local profile information. Store purchase records remain managed by Google Play or Apple App Store.

Delete leaderboard or support data

If you used a remote leaderboard, Play Games, Game Center, or contacted support, some related data may be controlled by KTS Solution, Google, or Apple.

For data controlled by KTS Solution, email datkts0106@gmail.com with the subject "Ball Sort data deletion". Include your platform, app version, display name, and player ID if visible in the app.
For Google Play Games data, manage your Play Games profile and game data in your Google account settings.
For Apple Game Center data, manage your Game Center profile and app data in Apple account settings.

What we delete

When we can identify server-side data controlled by KTS Solution, we will delete or anonymize leaderboard records, support metadata, and related identifiers where reasonably possible. We may retain records required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, store purchase support, or security.
